Event Day Information

 

 

Date: Sunday, October 27th, 2019

 

Time: 4pm (Registration Opens)

          Ceremony begins at dusk

 

Location: Rhode Island State House

                

Parking/Transportation: Participants may park in any available city metered parking space. Providence Place Mall Garage is across the street off of Gaspee St.

            

Walk Length: approx.1.5 miles

If you are unable to physically participate in the walk, please still join us! We have lots of exciting things happening and for you to do!

 

Pet Policy: There are no pets allowed on the Rhode Island State House grounds.

 

Donations Day of Event: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, Pay Pal will be available

If you are bringing donations (cash or check) day of, they can be turned in at registration

 

Lanterns: Every registered participant will receive a lantern 

 

Champion For a Cure: Participants that raise $100, or are a patient/survivor will recieve a t-shirt and entry to the food tent

 

Bright Lights: Participants that raise $1,000 will receive 'Champion for a Cure' benefits, as well as an exclusive LTN Dry Fit Long Sleeve

 

Recommended Footwear: Close toed, comfy shoes

 

Misc: Please consider bringing bug spray, flash lights, rain gear

 

This Event is Rain or Shine

 

In the event of extreme weather causing cancellation, The Light The Night Staff will use 

 

multiple forms of communication to notify participants in a timely manner.
