Good evening, everyone, and welcome to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night [MARKET!]

What an amazing sight to see you all here, ready to lift your lanterns high. And ready to help LLS deliver more research, care and support to more people. Let me tell you a bit about why I’m here to Light The Night with all of you...

That’s why I Light The Night. No matter what brings us together, we share a common goal: to show [MARKET], the state of [LOCAL STATE] and the world that we are united in our mission of bringing light to the darkness of cancer.

Across the nation, more than 100,000 people light the night each year to support LLS. And Light The Night is just one of many ways that LLS unites us as an unstoppable force to save lives.

That’s why we Light The Night.  And why we fundraise.  LLS is counting on us to help fuel their world-changing research and care.    So for every dollar you’ve raised, every lantern you’ll lift and every smile you’ll share tonight...thank you.

We now invite all survivors, and those currently living with cancer, to walk toward the center of our community into our Circle of Survivors presented by BeiGene [bay-jean]. While our patients and survivors make their way to the circle, we want to tell you about a few of them…

The people now in the center of our community are living proof that our hard work can change and save lives. They are why we Light The Night. And we honor them today, and every day.
