Light The Night 2026 recognition

Champion for Cures

Champion for Cures ($100+):
All participants who raise $100 or more are celebrated as Champions for Cures and will receive our Champion for Cures T-shirt.

Bright Light shirt

Bright Light ($1,000+):
Participants who raise $1,000 or more earn the title of Bright Light. Bright Lights lead the charge in their communities by setting high fundraising standards. Bright Lights receive a Bright Lights long-sleeve crewneck.

Survivor shirt

Survivor Recognition:
Patients and survivors will receive a special Survivor T-shirt regardless of the fundraising level they achieve.


Recognition Milestones

Twice as Bright ($2,500+):
Achieve this milestone and receive a Blood Cancer United Coffee Traveler or Igloo Cooler Bag.

5K Club ($5,000+):
Reach this level to earn exclusive swag—premium Light The Night vest with “5K Club” badge.

Light Leaders ($10,000+):
Light Leaders receive name recognition across our communications and get featured in national outlets like Forbes (for Executive Challengers).

Champion for Cures

All participants receive a Light The Night lantern corresponding to their connection to blood cancer:

white lantern

White lanterns are held by patients/survivors.

gold lantern

Gold lanterns honor those we've lost to cancer.

red lantern

Red lanterns are held by all other supporters.
