About Light The Night
To our dedicated Staten Island Light The Night Community:
Thank you for your dedication to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) through your past participation in Staten Island’s Light The Night. You are a wonderful partner to LLS in the fight against blood cancers.
As always, serving our patients and funding more treatments and research is at the forefront of all we do at LLS. After reviewing how to spend every dollar donated most effectively and efficiently, we have decided to no longer host an LLS-produced Light The Night event on Staten Island.
However, we know that the community on Staten Island values connection and resources. We will continue to partner with healthcare facilities on the island to ensure resources are easily accessible to the blood cancer community.
All current and former Staten Island Light The Night participants are invited to join us for either of the following LLS-produced Light The Nights:
Manhattan – South Street Seaport (Thursday, October 24, 2024)
New Jersey – The Great Lawn, Long Branch, NJ (Saturday, October 5, 2024)
Your continued involvement means the world to us and is critical to LLS’s mission, even if your participation plays out in a slightly new manner.
