You will log your mile(s) by walking or running a 1-mile or 5k at a location of your choice. You can complete your mile(s) anytime between September 7th – September 30th.  Once you submit your results, we will send your swag (by the 1st week of October). You can sign up now until September 30th and anyone can participate!
