Haley Marston was diagnosed on May 21, 2015 with acute lymphoblastic leukemia when she was just nine years old. Haley was considered high-risk because her white blood count was 125,000 where normal is 50,000.
Today, Haley is a kind, funny, energetic 11-year-old progressing through treatments and thrilled to return to the soccer field this summer. She enjoys going to school every day. She loves playing with her cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Her best friend is her twin sister, Karys, who has been by her side through it all.
"Life, I would like to think, is nothing but being able to have fun and enjoy it. I will never let cancer defeat or define me." -Haley Amber Marston
